When will my order be shipped?

Once an order has been placed, it will be processed within 1-2 business days (excluding public holidays and weekends). Once it has been processed and picked up by Australia Post, delivery to all metro areas will take between 2-10 business days. This is a rough guideline. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during sales and promotional periods.
